Brian J. Langton is Chief Financial Officer and owner of EMG. He oversees the operations and accounting of the entire portfolio of residential properties and ensures timely and accurate financial reporting of each apartment community.

Amy Sexton is EMG's Director of Operations with oversight of management personnel
and day to day operations to ensure effective management of each individual asset.

Cheri Goss is Regional Manager and is responsible for the oversight of management personnel and operations in order to provide a high level of management of the property assets.

Candace Swanger serves as EMG's Compliance Director. She is responsible for
ensuring all affordable housing communities are in compliance with local State and Federal regulations.

Zeljko Macura is the Director of Maintenance and Operations and is responsible for
the oversight of maintenance operations and capital improvement projects.
