Amy Sexton
Director of Operations

Ms. Sexton joined the EMG Management team in June, 2009. Her responsibilities include all facets of day to day operations involving a diverse portfolio of residential real estate in addition to new business development. Her 19 year tenure in residential property management has encompassed new construction, major renovation, rent-control, conventional and tax credit multi-family apartment communities, as well as management of commercial and retail space.

Ms. Sexton attended the University of Utah and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. She has earned both the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Amy has also held a Utah Real Estate Agent License since 2002, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Utah Apartment Association, and is a Certified Instructor for the National Apartment Association.
