Mr. Langton is Chief Financial Officer and owner of EMG. He oversees the accounting of the entire portfolio of residential properties. He directs accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. He also manages relationships with independent auditors and investment institutions. His responsibilities include accurate and timely financial reporting to property owners, analysis of financial data, and identification of improvements to ensure the integrity of financial information.

Mr. Langton has served in a number of capacities, directing financial administration, risk management, auditing and accounting. He has been in the property management industry for over 13 years and is known as an expert in the financial analysis of multi-family apartment communities. He is constantly developing new programs and reports to assist the management team in accomplishing EMG's goal of consistant and effective property management. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2000.
