Cheri Goss
Regional Manager

Ms. Goss has been active in the multi-family property management industry for over 22 years. Prior to joining EMG, Ms. Goss worked as a Regional Property Manager for a national property management company where she directed all property operations including acquisitions and dispositions.

Ms. Goss has been a member of the National Apartment Association since 1990. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Utah Apartment Association and has been a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) instructor for many years. Ms. Goss brings a depth of skills and experience in property and asset management to EMG.
