At EMG Management, we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation with the health and safety of our residents, team members, and communities as a first priority. As we stay apprised of this ever changing pandemic, we continually update our policies and procedures to effectively serve our communities with quality service.
Call, email or connect with us via social media
Many Leasing Offices are currently closed to the public and/or have begun opening by appointment only. All communities require face coverings or masks prior to entry of leasing offices and apartment buildings and ask that you self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms and reschedule tours if you are not feeling well. Please contact your community via phone, email, website or social media to learn more.
We encourage prospective renters to utilize online virtual tours available via property websites and advertising websites such as RentPath, Rentler, or Apartments.com along with website photo galleries, aerial tours, 3D floor plans, digital application processes, and self-guided tours to reduce contact. Contact us today, we are here to help find your new home!
Our offices strongly encourage online payments, however, we continue to accept payments via drop box if necessary.
Residents are encouraged to request maintenance online or over the phone to avoid in-person contact. Unfortunately, in these uncertain times, you may experience a delay in non-emergency and non-essential service requests. We appreciate your understanding as we screen all service requests to verify that no one in the apartment is sick prior to entering.
Amenities and Common Areas
Our amenities and many common areas are currently closed due to government restrictions and to reduce the risk of exposure and promote social distancing. Although many areas are closed, we have increased our cleaning and sanitation protocols in all common areas to ensure that highly touched surfaces are sanitized often. Unfortunately, resident activities have been suspended at this time as well. EMG Management also strongly promotes increased personal hygiene practices for all team members, vendors and residents including proper handwashing, covering coughs and sneezes, and staying home when not feeling well.
