Assistant Manager
EMG is looking for qualified individuals to be a part of our growing team as an Assistant Manager.
The qualified candidate should have excellent customer service and organizational skills. The role of the Assistant Property Manager is to assist the Property Manager in all aspects and areas of the property with day-to-day functions including marketing, leasing, application processing, resident relations, and adhering to the EMG Employee Manual.
Responsibilities
The duties include but are not limited to the following:

Completing and submitting timely reports as requested.

Following up on employee tasks as assigned.

Walking the property while monitoring and reporting curb appeal issues.
Qualifications
This is a full time position for people with a GREAT attitude and fantastic leadership skills! We prefer experience in Property Management with Low Income Tax Credit expertise but we are willing to train the right person. Must have reliable transportation to work. Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
